Gokayama Folklore Museum
ー 五箇山民俗館 ーApproximately 200 items showcasing traditional daily life in the mountains are on display here. Upstairs, you can see the internal structure of the roof, as well as silkworm raising tools and “Kago no Watashi”, an ancient method of crossing the river similar to a primitive cable car.
